Wow, where have the last two months gone?
I know the journey is just beginning, but this summer has been nothing short of spectacular. Time spent with loved ones (who are normally 1,000+ miles away), uncontrollable laughter, and so many moments I’ll never forget… the list could go on.
Being off the rock has been lovely, but I do miss my island. Big city life, though, has been refreshing.
I have to admit, I’ve been to see the orchestra three times this month. Some days I’ve just wandered the streets in awe. The endless culture and cuisine here in Chicago have me excited for what’s yet to come!
